CenterPoint Energy, Inc. is an investor-owned energy delivery company that serves as the only investor-owned electric and gas utility based in Texas. The Company operates through multiple segments providing electric transmission and distribution services, power generation operations, and natural gas distribution across four states: Indiana, Minnesota, Ohio, and Texas. As of December 31, 2025, the Company served more than 7 million metered customers and owned approximately $46.5 billion in assets. The Company is executing a ten-year capital plan of approximately $65.5 billion through 2035, focused on system resiliency and reliability improvements, grid modernization, generation transition, and supporting economic growth in its service territories while maintaining customer affordability. CenterPoint Energy and its predecessor companies have been in operation for more than 150 years.
