UDR, Inc. is a $20 billion enterprise value multifamily REIT founded in 1972 and included in the S&P 500. The Company owns, operates, develops and redevelops a diversified portfolio of apartment communities across targeted U.S. markets. As of December 31, 2025, UDR owned directly or through joint ventures 187 communities including 60,641 apartment homes (and an interest in an additional 6,766 apartment homes held by entities in the Company's debt and preferred equity program) across 21 markets. The Company's strategy is founded on diversification across markets, price points, and product types which, coupled with its innovative culture and best-in-class operations, delivers a full-cycle investment that generates both growth and stability. UDR's primary goal is to consistently generate above-peer average total shareholder return while considering stakeholders and the environments in which it operates through operating excellence, portfolio diversification, balance sheet strength, accretive capital allocation, and corporate responsibility initiatives. The Company generated in excess of $1.7 billion of revenue in 2025.
