Fox Corporation is a news, sports and entertainment company that manages and reports its businesses in four operating segments: Cable Network Programming, Television, Credible and… the FOX Studio Lot. The Cable Network Programming segment produces and licenses news and sports content distributed through traditional cable television systems, direct broadcast satellite operators, telecommunication companies, virtual multi-channel video programming distributors and other digital platforms, primarily in the U.S. The Television segment produces, acquires, markets and distributes programming through the FOX broadcast network, the AVOD service Tubi, 29 full power broadcast television stations (including 11 duopolies), and other digital platforms, with 18 stations affiliated with FOX Network and 11 affiliated with MyNetworkTV. The Company also operates Credible, a U.S. consumer finance marketplace, and the FOX Studio Lot in Los Angeles, California, which provides television and film production services along with office space and studio operation services. FOX produces content through leading brands including FOX News Media (the #1 cable news channel), FOX Sports (programming the NFL, college football, MLB, INDYCAR, NASCAR and other marquee live sports), Tubi (a leading AVOD service with over 350,000 movies and TV episodes), and FOX Entertainment (producing primetime scripted dramas, unscripted programming and animation). The Company distributes content across traditional and digital platforms including FOX One, its wholly-owned direct-to-consumer subscription streaming service.
