The Company comprises businesses across multiple media segments including information services, news, digital real estate services, and book publishing, distributed under recognizable brands including The Wall Street Journal, Barron's, Dow Jones, The Australian, Herald Sun, The Sun, The Times, HarperCollins Publishers, realestate.com.au, Realtor.com®, talkSPORT and others. The Company's five reportable segments are: (i) Dow Jones, providing global news and business information through owned and off-platform media channels; (ii) Digital Real Estate Services, offering online real estate listing products; (iii) Book Publishing, through HarperCollins Publishers; (iv) News Media, comprising newspapers and digital news operations; and (v) Other, including corporate overhead and U.K. newspaper-related costs. The Company distributes content across digital platforms including websites, mobile apps, social media, e-books and streaming audio, as well as traditional platforms such as print and radio. Revenue is diversified across subscriptions, circulation sales, advertising, real estate listing products, licensing fees and consumer product sales. The Company operates primarily in the United States, Australia and the United Kingdom, with content distributed worldwide.
