Constellation Energy Corporation is a leading clean energy producer and competitive retail supplier. Following the January 2026 acquisition of Calpine Corporation, the company operates approximately 55 gigawatts of capacity from nuclear, natural gas, geothermal, hydroelectric, wind and solar facilities, generating about 10% of the nation's clean energy. The company is the largest nuclear energy generator in the U.S. and provides emissions-free power generation across multiple geographic regions. Constellation serves more than 2.5 million customer accounts nationwide, including approximately 80% of the Fortune 100. The company generates and sells electricity, natural gas and energy-related products and sustainable solutions to distribution utilities, municipalities, cooperatives, and commercial, industrial, governmental, and residential customers across competitive markets. Operations span 48 states, the District of Columbia, Canada and the United Kingdom. The company generated approximately 188 TWhs of emissions-free energy from nuclear, solar, wind and hydroelectric assets in 2025, avoiding approximately 126 million metric tons of CO2. Nuclear facilities operate at 94.7% capacity factor. The company emphasizes operational excellence, customer satisfaction, community investment and clean energy innovation.
