Products are distributed through approximately 800 independent wholesale plumbing distributors, retail channels including exclusive relationships with major home center chains like Lowe's, and e-commerce. The Rest of World segment is primarily comprised of China, India, and Europe. In China, the company manufactures and markets residential water heaters, water treatment products incorporating reverse osmosis technology, commercial dispensing water treatment products, and kitchen appliances. In India, the company manufactures water heaters and water treatment products, with expanded offerings through the 2024 acquisition of Pureit from Unilever. The company offers energy-efficient product lines including heat pumps, condensing tankless water heaters, and commercial high-efficiency solutions.
