The company also holds a 50% joint venture interest in TUI Cruises GmbH, which operates the German brands TUI Cruises and Hapag-Lloyd Cruises. As of December 31, 2025, the Global Brands and Partner Brands combined operate a fleet of 69 ships with an aggregate capacity of approximately 179,720 berths. Royal Caribbean is the world's largest cruise vacation brand competing in the contemporary family market and premium segment, operating 29 ships with approximately 111,000 berths. Celebrity Cruises is positioned within the premium segment, operating 15 ships with approximately 38,900 berths. Silversea is an ultra-luxury and expedition travel brand operating 12 ships with approximately 5,500 berths. TUI Cruises operates 8 ships with approximately 22,700 berths, and Hapag-Lloyd Cruises operates 5 ships with approximately 1,620 berths. The company's ships offer worldwide itineraries calling on more than 1,000 destinations across all seven continents. The company owns a growing portfolio of private land-based destinations including Perfect Day and Royal Beach Club collections. Revenue for 2025 was $17.9 billion with net income of $4.3 billion.
