Company Overview

The Williams Companies, Inc. is the leading provider of natural gas, natural gas liquids (NGLs), and refined products transportation and storage services in the United States. The Company operates through four main segments: Transmission & Power (Gulf), Northeast G&P, West, and Gas & NGL Marketing Services. Williams handles approximately one-third of natural gas volumes in the United States and operates over 32,000 miles of pipeline in 24 states, serving gathering, processing, transmission, storage, and marketing functions. The Company operates 35 natural gas processing facilities with approximately 8.3 Bcf/d capacity, 9 NGL fractionation facilities, and manages approximately 423 Bcf of natural gas storage capacity. With major assets including Transco, the nation's largest natural gas transmission pipeline, Williams also provides comprehensive NGL services including fractionation and transportation. The Company is expanding into power innovation, leveraging its pipeline footprint and expertise to serve growing demand from data centers and advanced computing applications. Williams' infrastructure is strategically positioned to support domestic natural gas demand growth, LNG exports, and evolving power generation needs.
