RTX Corporation is a leading global provider of aerospace and defense products and services with three primary operating segments. Collins Aerospace supplies aircraft systems, components and aftermarket services for commercial and military aircraft. Pratt & Whitney designs, manufactures and services military and commercial aircraft engines and auxiliary power units. Raytheon provides defense and commercial electronics, space, cybersecurity and directed energy systems. The company serves government and defense customers including the U.S. Department of Defense, as well as commercial customers in the aerospace industry. RTX has a record backlog of $268 billion as of year-end 2025, with strong demand across both defense and commercial aerospace markets. The company maintains significant manufacturing and engineering operations worldwide and invests heavily in research and development, deploying $7.7 billion in company and customer-funded R&D during 2025 to advance technologies including hybrid-electric propulsion, missile defense systems, artificial intelligence capabilities and advanced manufacturing processes.
