Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is a global provider of hand tools, power tools, outdoor products and related accessories, as well as a leading provider of engineered fastening solutions. Founded in 1843 and incorporated in Connecticut in 1852, the Company became Stanley Black & Decker following a 2010 merger with The Black & Decker Corporation.
