The Company diversifies its business by geography (North America, Europe, and Asia) and channel of distribution (retail, wholesale, and licensing). The Company sells directly to consumers through its integrated retail channel, which includes retail stores, concession-based shop-within-shops, and digital commerce operations worldwide. Its wholesale sales are made principally to major department stores, specialty stores, and third-party digital partners globally, as well as to certain third-party-owned stores where the Company has licensed its trademarks. The Company also licenses its various trademarks to third parties for specified periods and geographies for the manufacture and sale of designated products. As of March 28, 2026, the Company operates 594 retail stores and 644 concession-based shop-within-shops globally, with merchandise also available through approximately 9,500 wholesale doors worldwide and through various digital commerce channels.
