Phillips 66 is a leading integrated downstream energy company with five operating segments: Midstream, which provides crude oil and refined petroleum product transportation, terminaling and storage services, as well as natural gas and NGL gathering, processing, transportation, fractionation, storage and marketing services, and exports liquefied petroleum gas to global markets; Chemicals, consisting of a 50% equity investment in Chevron Phillips Chemical Company; Refining, which operates approximately 2 million barrels per day of crude throughput capacity across 8 U.S. and 2 European refineries producing gasoline, distillates and aviation fuels; Marketing and Specialties, which purchases for resale and markets refined products including gasoline, distillates and aviation fuels, and manufactures specialty products such as base oils and lubricants; and Renewable Fuels, which processes renewable feedstocks into renewable diesel, renewable jet fuel and other renewable fuels at the Rodeo Renewable Energy Complex and Humber Refinery.
