Halliburton Company is one of the world's largest providers of products and services to the energy industry. The company operates under two divisions that form the basis for two operating segments: Completion and Production, and Drilling and Evaluation. The Completion and Production segment delivers cementing, stimulation, specialty chemicals, intervention, pressure control, artificial lift, and completion products and services, including product lines for artificial lift, cementing, completion tools, multi-chem specialty chemicals, pipeline and process services, production enhancement (stimulation and sand control), and production solutions (well intervention). The Drilling and Evaluation segment provides field and reservoir modeling, drilling, fluids, evaluation, and precise wellbore placement solutions through product lines including Baroid drilling fluids, drill bits and services, Halliburton Project Management integrated solutions, Landmark Software and Services digital solutions, Sperry Drilling directional drilling systems, Testing and Subsea services, and Wireline and Perforating services. With over 46,000 employees representing 146 nationalities across more than 70 countries, Halliburton collaborates with major, national, and independent oil and natural gas producers to maximize asset value throughout the reservoir lifecycle, from hydrocarbon locating and geological data management through drilling, completion, and production optimization.
