Key applications and tools include payroll services (Beti, Payroll Tax Management, Vault Visa Payroll Card, Everyday, Paycom Pay, Client Action Center, Expense Management, Garnishment Administration, GL Concierge), talent acquisition tools (Applicant Tracking, Enhanced Background Checks, Onboarding, E-Verify, Tax Credits), talent management solutions (Employee Self-Service), and time and labor management. The Company also offers Global HCM with functionality available in 15 languages across more than 190 countries and native payroll in Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom and Ireland. Paycom has approximately 39,200 clients and achieved annual revenue retention rates of 91% in 2025 and 90% in 2024. The Company's strategy includes penetrating existing markets, enlarging client relationships, expanding into new markets, targeting large clients, and maintaining leadership in innovation through strengthening and extending its solution with AI and automation capabilities. Paycom was founded in 1998 and became a publicly traded company through its initial public offering in 2014.
