Camden Property Trust, a Texas real estate investment trust (REIT) formed on May 25, 1993, is primarily engaged in the ownership, management, development, redevelopment, acquisition, and construction of multifamily apartment communities. As of December 31, 2025, the Company owns interests in, operates, or is developing 175 multifamily properties comprising 59,921 apartment homes across the United States, with three properties under construction containing 1,162 apartment homes. The Company operates in 15 major markets with a focus on high-growth markets characterized by strong economic growth, favorable household formation and job growth, and attractive quality of life. The Company's strategy includes maintaining a geographically diverse portfolio, utilizing sophisticated property management capabilities and innovative operating strategies to maximize earnings potential, generating consistent earnings growth through property operations, development and acquisitions, achieving market balance, and recycling capital. The Company relies on property-level operational excellence, market expertise, and a diverse resident profile to drive financial performance, while maintaining a strong balance sheet with conservative financial structure to support future growth opportunities.
