Waters Corporation is a global leader in analytical instruments and software that has pioneered innovations in chromatography, mass spectrometry and thermal analysis serving life,… materials and food sciences for more than 65 years. The Company primarily designs, manufactures, sells and services high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), ultra-performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) and mass spectrometry (MS) technology systems and support products, including chromatography columns, other consumable products and comprehensive post-warranty service plans. These systems are frequently employed together as LC-MS and sold as integrated instrument systems using common software platforms. Products are used by pharmaceutical, clinical, biochemical, industrial, nutritional safety, environmental, academic and governmental customers. The Company also designs, manufactures, sells and services thermal analysis, rheometry and calorimetry instruments through its TA Instruments product line, and develops and supplies advanced software-based products that interface with its instruments as well as other manufacturers' instruments. Following the February 2026 acquisition of BD's Biosciences and Diagnostic Solutions businesses, the Company has reorganized into four segments: Waters Analytical Sciences, Waters Biosciences, Waters Advanced Diagnostics and Waters Materials Sciences, now offering capabilities in cellular and molecular diagnostics, flow cytometry, microbiology, and molecular testing.
