Key strategic initiatives include the Ulta Beauty Unleashed plan with three priorities: (1) driving core business growth through operational excellence and elevated go-to-market strategies, (2) scaling new accretive businesses including wellness expansion, UB Marketplace, international expansion, and UB Media (retail media network), and (3) aligning its foundation for future success through optimized operations and cost structure.
