Revenue is derived from three primary sources: subscription-based services (SaaS arrangements and transaction-based fees), maintenance and support services, and professional services. The Company is transitioning its cloud hosting from proprietary data centers to Amazon Web Services (AWS) and has moved to a "cloud-first" sales approach since late 2019.
