Company Overview

Teleflex Incorporated is a global provider of medical technology products that enhance clinical benefits, improve patient and provider safety and reduce total procedural costs. The Company primarily designs, develops, manufactures and supplies single-use medical devices used by hospitals and healthcare providers for common diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in critical care and surgical applications. Products are marketed and sold worldwide through a combination of direct sales force and distributors. The Company's product portfolio comprises three main categories: Vascular and Emergency Medicine (including Arrow branded catheters, catheter navigation systems, and intraosseous access systems); Interventional (coronary and peripheral intervention devices including catheters, stents, and balloon products); and Surgical (single-use and reusable devices for various surgical procedures including ligating clips, fascial closure systems, and surgical instruments). Major manufacturing operations are located in the Czech Republic, Malaysia, Mexico and the United States. The Company operates through three reportable geographic segments: Americas, EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa) and Asia (Asia Pacific). In July 2025, Teleflex acquired substantially all of BIOTRONIK's Vascular Intervention business, expanding its coronary and peripheral device offerings. In December 2025, the Company announced agreements to sell its Acute Care, Interventional Urology and OEM businesses for approximately $2.0 billion in combined proceeds, with closing expected in the second half of 2026.
