The Company specializes in helping customers succeed in a rapidly evolving employment landscape with increasing regulatory complexity, workforce dynamics changes, and the integration of AI into HCM processes. Paychex offers integrated HCM solutions from hire to retire through three technology platforms: SurePayroll for small businesses, Paychex Flex for small to medium-sized businesses, and Paycor for larger businesses with complex needs. Solutions include comprehensive HCM technology, payroll processing (handling approximately $1.3 trillion in fiscal 2026), HR management, talent acquisition, talent management, workforce management, benefits administration, and partner marketplaces. The Company also provides HR outsourcing through Administrative Services Organization (ASO) and Professional Employer Organization (PEO) solutions supporting approximately 2.6 million worksite employees, retirement solutions serving over 130,000 customers with $66 billion in managed retirement assets, and insurance solutions through its licensed insurance agency. Over 60% of revenue is derived from solutions other than payroll processing. In April 2025, Paychex completed its acquisition of Paycor HCM, Inc., expanding its presence upmarket and AI-driven HCM solutions.
