The company operates through three segments: Industrial Precision Solutions, which delivers proprietary dispensing and material processing technology to diverse end markets; Medical Fluid Systems (formerly Medical and Fluid Solutions), which includes components and device solutions for medical, life science, high-tech industrial, and other diverse end markets; and Advanced Technology Solutions, which integrates proprietary product technologies into customer production processes such as surface treatment, precisely controlled dispensing of material, and pre- and post-dispense test and inspection. Approximately 67% of revenues are generated outside the United States. Principal manufacturing facilities are located in the United States, China, Bulgaria, Germany, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Mexico, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom.
