Church & Dwight Co., Inc., founded in 1846 and incorporated in Delaware in 1925, develops, manufactures and markets a broad range of consumer household and personal care products and specialty products focused on animal and food production, chemicals and cleaners. The Company operates in three principal segments: Consumer Domestic, Consumer International, and Specialty Products Division. The Consumer Domestic segment includes household products such as laundry detergents, fabric softeners, cat litter, and household cleaners marketed under brands like ARM & HAMMER®, OXICLEAN®, and XTRA®, as well as personal care products including deodorants, oral care, water flossers, pregnancy test kits, depilatories, oral analgesics, cold relief products, dry shampoo, hair supplements, and hand sanitizers marketed under brands such as TROJAN®, WATERPIK®, FIRST RESPONSE®, NAIR®, ORAJEL®, ZICAM®, BATISTE®, THERABREATH®, HERO®, and TOUCHLAND®. The Consumer International segment sells similar consumer products internationally. The Specialty Products Division markets products to industrial customers, livestock producers, and through distributors for animal and food production, chemicals, and cleaning applications. Seven brands are designated as "power brands" based on their size and global expansion potential: ARM & HAMMER®, OXICLEAN®, BATISTE®, WATERPIK®, THERABREATH®, HERO®, and TOUCHLAND®, representing approximately 70% of net sales and profits. Products are distributed through supermarkets, mass merchandisers, wholesale clubs, drugstores, convenience stores, specialty stores, and e-commerce channels.
