The company operates six U.S. manufacturing facilities (Donaldsonville, Louisiana; Sergeant Bluff/Port Neal, Iowa; Yazoo City, Mississippi; Claremore/Verdigris, Oklahoma; Woodward, Oklahoma; and Waggaman, Louisiana), two Canadian facilities (Medicine Hat, Alberta and Courtright, Ontario), and one U.K. facility (Billingham). The company operates an extensive storage, transportation, and distribution network in North America and has global logistics capabilities. As of July 2025, the company completed a significant carbon capture and sequestration (CCS) project at Donaldsonville to enable low-carbon ammonia production, with additional decarbonization projects underway.
