Revenue is generated across six categories: Computing and Mobile Phones (computing devices, mobile phones, networking, tablets, wearables); Consumer Electronics (digital imaging, health/fitness, home theater, portable audio, smart home); Appliances (large and small appliances); Entertainment (drones, gaming, toys, VR); Services (advertising, delivery, health services, installation, marketplace commissions, memberships, repair, technical support, warranty services); and Other. Best Buy operates a global sourcing operation for exclusive brand products and manages inventory through vendor agreements and continuous demand monitoring. The company serves approximately 82,000 employees and maintains strong vendor partnerships, with its 20 largest suppliers accounting for approximately 80% of merchandise purchased.
